Full Service


All the services included in the 'Lease Only' package PLUS:


  • Rent collection and disbursement
  • Security deposit Retention & disbursement
  • Vendor coordination & payment
  • Maintenance request and facilitation
  • Quarterly or biannual inspections
  • Monthly statements
  • Biweekly or monthly (or as often as necessary) virtual check-in meetings with property owner
  • Financial reporting (1099 report, tax deductions, general record keeping)




   Fee is 10% of monthly rent

  • Exterior maintenance (snow/leaf/weed removal, gutter clearing, pool maintenance, etc.)
  • Eviction facilitation and court appearances (if necessary)
  • Vacation/long term absence home maintenance
