We have long standing relationships and favor with licensed, bonded and insured contractors. You will not be charged additional fees on top of the contractor's fee except for extensive projects that take longer than 3 days of work or requires increased supervision (ie., roof work, fences/decks, etc.)
Maintenance activities include, but are not limited to:
- Gutter clearing
- Fireplace and chimney sweep
- Home winterization
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Well and septic services
