You choose a quarterly or biannual basis where we will conduct a          thorough inspection of the property including, but not limited to: 

 
  • Smoke and CO2 detectors (test and battery change)
  • HVAC filters (track schedule and change as necessary)
  • Water heater (track schedule and drain as necessary)
  • Refrigerator coils (clean as necessary to prolong life)
  • Gas appliance leak check
  • Pipe evaluations (to check for leaks)
  • Roof evaluations by drone
  • Hard to reach and exterior light bulb changes

   We always check for               damages and tenant non    -compliance or lease               agreement violations to        make sure your property is    being treated                            with respect.
