You choose a quarterly or biannual basis where we will conduct a thorough inspection of the property including, but not limited to:
- Smoke and CO2 detectors (test and battery change)
- HVAC filters (track schedule and change as necessary)
- Water heater (track schedule and drain as necessary)
- Refrigerator coils (clean as necessary to prolong life)
- Gas appliance leak check
- Pipe evaluations (to check for leaks)
- Roof evaluations by drone
- Hard to reach and exterior light bulb changes
We always check for damages and tenant non -compliance or lease agreement violations to make sure your property is being treated with respect.
